"Nice clean rooms hotel looked modern"

"3rd visit in last 2 months, TV in room never works, last stay 2 of lamp's by bed side wouldnt turn on, heating syytem in room throws too much cold air , nothing major, just little things that should be checked before turning over the room to stay in , staff are always friendly and pleasant, valet parking is handy ! as well as fresh coffee in lobby !"

"Overwhelming smell, (moldy, slinky, dirty) throughout the floors and in our room. Pepperoni on the rug in our room that was crusted over. Bed- super comphy!! Noise level of the hotel and cleaning staff unacceptable :( 5:00 snow blowers going outside, 9:00sm cleaning crew in the next room literally banging the vacuumed up against the wall. Prior to that opening and closing (slamming shut) of doors from 8am. We’ve stayed here previously a few times and it was never like this :( won’t return. "

"The breakfast buffet at Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur was very enjoyable. There was a good variety of food, including both international and local Malaysian dishes. Location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to major attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore Kuala Lumpur. Overrall we had a pleasant experience"
