Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Checked all the boxes. Loved the attention to removing seaweed. Service was great!"

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"Did not like the Ultimate Club meeting took three hours instead of 90 minutes. After going through 4 different sales people and their managers. I got angry and demanded the meeting end. Also there were black ultimate shuddles every where on demand. The white customer shuttles were hardly ever seen. Even when staff called for one they sometimes did not show up. Very large property with minimal transportation assistance."

Bahia Principe Explore Coba - Hyatt Inclusive Collection - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"My wife and I just celebrated our 35th anniversary with Bahia Principe and we enjoyed it very much. This was our first stay but we were treated so well I'm sure it won't be our last. I'd recommend it to anyone."

Hotel Mundo Maya Tulum - Jaguar Park & Beach

10/10 Excellent

"we were looking for a hotel at the end of our trip and came here and were so positive surprised. This hotel is amazing. From the extreme welcome of the staff and the beautiful layout of the hotel you feel like you are on a jungle vacation. They have a super nice, clean and large pool area and we were there all by ourselves. they will give you a shuttle to the entrance of the Jaguar park, as well as a band so you can ride the electric transportation in the park to go to the national park beaches or the tulum ruins. It is also very close to town and supermarket, 7 min drive by car."

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka’an - Hyatt Inclusive Collection - Adults Only - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"The full complex (the Sian Ka'an, as well as the adjoining 4 resorts) offers a lot of options for dining and entertainment - I had some great meals and enjoyed some fun shows, and the staff is terrific. Note: I did have an unsettling/negative incident with a male employee - I'd like to believe his actions are not indicative of their standards, and was told by management that he was fired; however, I'm still pretty surprised that the general manager didn't reach out to offer a more direct apology. Overall, I would recommend this property for solo travelers, as well as friend/family groups!"
