カジノ内のスタッフ、レストランも含めて全員無愛想でした。 チェックインの際、名前も言っていないのに、フロントの方から名前を呼ばれてびっくりしました。 サンズマカオさんは日本語スタッフが居ませんでした。 部屋にはミネラルウオーター４本、コーヒー、紅茶などのＴパック以外は無く、冷蔵庫も空っぽ、ウェルカムお菓子なども無かったですね。

It was my first time to change my hotel for my last trip and thankful for the warm welcome and hospitality of the hotel management, supervisors and staff. 飯店位置佳，離漁人碼頭步行可達，至澳門行政區辦事也很方便，附近也有許多當地的餐館😋，便利商店、咖啡店、超市…都很不錯呦👍👍 門口有往來的免費接駁車，想去哪裏都很方便呢！ 飯店服務人員都很親切，尤其是門口的一位服務員鄭濤先生，很詳細的提供各項詢息，真是非常的貼心，真心感謝他！

大変快適に過ごせました。特に接客がフレンドリーで素晴らしかったです。アーリーチェックイン/レイトチェックアウトを提案頂いたほか、フルーツやスイーツをくださったり、お勧めの観光ルートの提案や小銭の両替まで対応してくださり、とてもありがたかったです。ホテルでこんな厚遇を受けたのは初めてです。マカオ観光がとても良い思い出になりました。Andyさん、Beckyさんありがとうございました！ I had a very comfortable stay. The service was especially friendly and wonderful. They offered early check-in/late check-out, and also gave me fruits and sweets, suggested nice sightseeing routes, and even helped me exchange coins, which I really appreciated.
