O apartamento tem ótima localização, conforto e é equipado na medida certa. Achei o piso do banheiro um pouco liso, principalmente para idoso, acredito que um tapete ajudaria. O ponto negativo, é que eles não flexibilizam check-in, nem 15 minutos antes., e entrada somente foi liberada às 15h, sob alegação da limpeza, contudo, o apartamento dava sinais que não havia sido limpo nawuele momento, com um cheiro estranho e cabelos pelo chão. Enfim, melhorando esses detalhes, a acomodação ficará mais atrativa e compatível com custo cobrado.

Quanto a estrutura do condomínio essa é excelente, possui toda comodidade piscina, academia, lavanderia auto serviço pago a parte. Localização muito boa. Quanto ao apartamento que ficamos foi a unidade 313. O espaço é muito bom porém essa unidade está precisando de algumas manutenções.

Acomodação de luxo

O edifício tem ótima infraestrutura: lavanderia self-service, loja de conveniência, academia e piscina no 13ro andar. É a primeira hospedagem que vejo que usa leitor biométrico para acesso ao edifício e suas dependências. Não é hotel, logo não tem serviço de camareira, nem café da manhã. Porém, pelo que paguei, a relação custo-benefício superou muito minhas expectativas.
