"Room is huge and clean. Got the room with 2 double beds and it was fine for my family of 4. Location wise had to walk 10-15 mins to the train/bus station, and it’s a longer walk to reach shopping, food and tourist spots. Onsens were good, breakfast spread is good, no complaints. "

The train station was behind us and the promised soundproofing was great. Some staff were able to speak English and were incredibly kind and helpful. Love the eco cleaning system!
