This hotel does not exist! We went to the address and we found a hotel called Adventure House. We were a group of 7 people ( 3 kids); we had booked and paid two rooms one month before arrival. The hotel staff tried to lie to us by sending us off somewhere else. Eventually they confessed that this USED TO BE Green Nature hotel but the previous owner took off! We got the tourist police in Aguas Calientes involved as well! A total mess! Long story short- stay away from Green Nature OR Adventure House ( on Expedia they are listed under the same address).

We arrive at the address and we were informed that the hotel doesn't exist since July 20th. It's a different hotel and they don't have access to any of the reservatios of the previous hotel. So don't book this hotel.

IT WAS A NIGHTMARE, THE HOTEL DOESNT EVEN EXIST ANYMORE, I GOT THERE AT NIGHT AND IN THE ADRESS THERES HOTEL WITH OTHER NAME, THEY SAY THEY CHANGED THE NAME OF THE HOTEL AND EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALREADY PAYED EVERYTHING THEY WOULDNT LET ME IN. I DIDNT HAVE ANY MORE TO PAY BECAUSE THIS WAS ALREADY PAID. EXPEDIA WAS A MESS WITH THE ASSISTANCE, ONE OF MY WORST EXPERIENCIES, ABSOLUTELY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE HOTEL AND SPECIALLY WITH EXPEDIA.

Great mountain views, next to the trainstayin. Great, attentive staff, good breakfast! The only bad thing is the noise from the train station, they stop at 1100pm. So if you want to rest in the day, it is noisy. But, why would you like to rest if you are in Machu Picchu!!

Not clean, towels were dirty, staff was not welcoming or helpful, breakfast was terrible (only instant coffee and not much choice of food), wifi did not reach rooms (as advertised), they treated our guide terrible and made him wait several hours to get us our Machu Picchu tickets.

I was only one night there, I was returning from Cusco but for me was perfect, the room and the bathroom were clean, you can go at night to the mall walking. The breakfast was fine. For the price I think is a good choice.

The hotel is right next to the railway station. Friendly staff and they gave us breakfast at 4.30AM as we requested. We stayed there just for 1 night and it worked great for us.

Não é das melhores localizações, apesar de perto, mas tudo em Aguas Calientes é perto. A cidade é mto pequena, tem uma área de 1km de raio, de uma ponta a outra, e o hotel fica a uns 600 metros da estacao ferroviária... Hotel extremamente simples. Um dos piores que já fiquei. Móveis velhos, aparência sofrível, quarto escuro, cheio nao agradavel acho q de mofo, parece que estava fechado ha 2 anos. Comparável a um hotel no centro de SP de $50 reais a diária. Em geral Aguas Calientes é mto ruim de hospedagem, mas tenho ctza que os outros sao melhores, com o mesmo valor gasto. Nao voltaria jamais nesse, arriscaria outro. Hotel disponibilizou café cedo 4h, mas bemmm fraco. Nao havia nada sujo, mas a velharia aliada a simplicidade nao agradou mto, nao deu uma boa sensacao. Ja fiquei em hostel mil vezes melhor. Para resumir: Extremamente simples, tudo com os materiais, artigos etc (toalha, cortina, box, louças sanitárias, mesa qto, cama, talheres copos xicaras etc) mais baratos possíveis e nada novo.

Péssima, hotel horroroso não acreditem nas fotos e nem nas avaliações, no local do café da manhã tinha panos de chão dependurados saímos sem tornar o café da manhã de tão sujo que estava o lugar. Pode acreditar só ficamos neste hotel das 21:30 horas as 04:30 horas do dia seguinte e mesmo assim fui a pior estadia da minha vida.

Foi decepcionante o hotel. Quarto muito feio, sem o menor acabamento. Nenhum conforto. Nem tapete no banheiro não tinha. As tomadas não eram universais e não haviam adaptadores. Acabei não tendo onde carregar meu celular e durante meu passeio a Machu Picchu fiquei sem baterias para tirar fotos. Foi revoltante.

Home Like Home is the perfect location for going to Machu Picchu. Right outside our window across the train station is an amazing mountain. What an spectacular view first thing in the morning! The staff was very nice. They met us at the train station to take us to the hotel. Breakfast was served very early so that we could go up to Machu Picchu early. Located down the street from a great market. If you are looking for souvenirs this is the place to go. I would definitely stay at Home Like Home again. It was a very pleasant stay.

This hotel was convenient, had a good breakfast and a friendly accommodating staff. However, I was disappointed with the room which was designed for "families". It lacked adequate lighting to read anything and electrical outlets weren't working to plug in charger, etc. Disappointing.

De acordo com a necessidade (somente o pernoite), o hotel atendeu as nossas necessidades. O único problema, que não chegou a se concretizar, foi a informação ao chegar de que eu não teria um quarto devido a lotação do hotel, motivada por um grupo grande de pessoas. Eu teria que ser instalado em outro hotel nas proximidades. De pronto, protestei argumentando a reserva feita antecipadamente, e a "ameaça" de falta de quarto foi de imediato resolvida. Como ponto alto a presteza e cordialidade costumeira no atendimento peruano, na pessoa da Srta. Elisabete.
