"Truly a lovely hotel! Easy access to the train station and they send someone to pick you up when you first arrive. The staff and service were all amazing and made sure our stay was very comfortable. "Great location and everyone was so helpful and friendly. They met us at the train station and took us to get Machu Picchu tickets straight away. Room was a great size, shower was good with hot water, however the jacuzzi bath was a let down, brown smelly water and jets projected water all over the room, but to be honest wasn’t bothered whether it was there or not. "On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient.
