Great location in the heart of Aguas Calientes. The hostel is quiet allowing you to get a full nights sleep. Friendly management that is there for anything you need. They stored my bag following checkout while I visited Machu Picchu.

We had challenge finding the entrance. We were wandering around and to our surprise, it was right in front of us already. the ground floor is a coffee shop. we were looking for a lighted signage but there was only a tin man holding a shield facing backwards when people are going up. When checked in, there were still underwear from the previous guest that they didn’t see when cleaning. The bathroom is small. So, if you are a big man, the bathroon is not for you. Despite the flaws, it is fairly a good spot. There is a cafe downstairs where you can lounge and it is along the strip of restaurants and walking distance to the plaza and train/ bus stations.

The room was spacious and bright, very clean. The only downside is they didn't have a hairdryer available, not a big deal but would have been nice since the weather was cool.

The room was very nice and has a window overlooking the square. The bed was very comfortable and warm. We only stayed one night but it is close to everything. Maybe i would have liked a little hotter water in the bathroom but it also had soap and towels.

Very comfy and cute set up, rooms, and courtyard! Great location in terms of accessibility to food, drinks, shops, restaurants, cafes, public transport! Quite noisy until about 11pm at night, though - not in the property itself, but coming from celebrations in the main Plaza of Ollantaytambo. Good Shower - one of best I had in Peru!!

The room was clean and the window was right infront of a little park so it was really nice. It was a good size room and we had enough storage. We didn't have toilet seat and when I asked if they could arrange that, they just said that to have a toilet seat, we would need to change room to one with no window. We kept our room with a window but didn't understand the concept. When we asked the first time to refil the toilet paper, we received it right away, the second time, we didn't receive answer and we had to buy some. For the price, it was fair, just be sure to take a room with a window.

Found dead bugs on the bed. Stains and debris on the duvet. Couch smelt awful. Staff did not ask for id when we checked in and did not give us the room key until 30 minutes later. Had wifi and hot water tho.

Check-in was confusing since no one at desk and no contact info provided. Others arriving later had same problem. Rooms all need good airing out to clear mouldy smell. Construction on back of property includes hole in shower wall on our room. Wifi was decent.

First they gave me a room in a worse category that I've booked. Also the area is a bit noisy everyday until midnight, and they have a coffeshop at the bottom which they start playing music at 7:20 in the morning. In overall if you don't care about the noises, is not a bad choice.

[DO NOT BOOK THIS] This is a SCAM!!! The hostel is already shut down. When I arrive at the hotel, there is no hostel staff at the reception. The staff in the coffee shop (located on the 1st floor) do not know anything about the hostel (located on the 2nd and 3rd floor). All the rooms are empty, and all the windows are open. Tried to call the phone number on the wall. No one picked up the call. Wi-Fi Code not working. I booked through Expedia. Expedia Chatbot are not helping or connecting me with a human agent for assistance. I spent an extra cost to book another hostel nearby. Expedia said the booking is completed (but I did not check in at all) and Expedia refused to refund. I don't think Expedia is doing any verification on their accommodation partner. This is definitely a scam. A very big scam!

Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our room was not ready when we arrived and it seemed like they did not know about our reservation. Room was very smelly, parts were dirty and the humidity was super high. Also the shower was leaking, which lead to lots of water in the bathroom. The room also had no window. We were also not informed about the construction work downstairs, it started at 7:45am and they were hammering until 8pm. Would definitely not have booked this room if we would have known in advance.

Hôtel au-dessus d'un style café-bar calme, en haut de la montée de la ville. Les restaurants et spas se trouvent chacun à 1 min à pied et le marché artisanal à près de 5 min. La station de bus pour le Machu Pichu se trouve à moins de 10 min et la station de train à moins de 15 min à pied. Hôtel silencieux... il n'y avait pas de personnel d'hôtel durant tout le séjour, à part une enfant pour notre accueil. Personne qui a répondu au numéro de téléphone affiché sur le mur. J'ai eu une réponse tardive sur Expedia pour obtenir un check-out tardif, sinon je ne peux pas noter le service client. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable pour notre séjour.
