"We liked everything about this hotel service and everything!the only thing we didn’t like we left the tip for housekeeper,my husband went back to check if he forgot anything and he saw the manager that took it,we waited for our housekeeper and asked her if she gave it to her she said no,this is so unfair and hurts when you see this things we tipped her again because we had little kids and our room was very messy "
