Really loved our stay here only one complaint but also t the fault of the hotel, very obnoxious kids above our room were loud constantly running around

This wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed at but it definitely needs some work!! If we hadn't been paying lower off season rates we probably would have requested a refund and found other lodging. They are in the process of renovations which I understand. But the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, the patio doors were filthy, the shower head had very little pressure and then proceeded to leak when we tried to adjust the spray option, the outlets are so loose that our phone chargers kept just falling out and there wasn't even a t.p. roll holder, it had to sit on the bathroom sink. Trish at the desk was friendly, we had no issues with check in, we had plenty of towels and the view of the water was great. We were only in our room to sleep so we didn't go through the hassle of requesting a different room. With so many other options in the area they really need to renovate their rooms in order to stay competitive.

Wonderful hotel no complaints. We stayed in comfort room 203 and walked out to the beach with a little patio to sit on. Quick 3 minute walk to the ferry over to Mackinac Island and relaxing stay. Would stay here again
