Was very grateful for the air con and fan in the lounge area, and fans in the bedrooms during the Summer heatwave. "Great property for a short stay in Yamba, we were a family of 4 and the unit was perfect for us. The loft room is quite small but was perfect for our teenage boy. Super close to Pippi Beach! But about a 10 min walk to Main Street, cafes etc. Would stay here again!"

"The listing is a little confusing as some photos show a jetty and other do not? Great location, clean and tidy and comfortable but very poorly provisioned. This is a shame as it would be so easy to improve. Paying over $2,000 for six nights I expected more than one toilet roll provided (no spare). The kitchen was sparsely equipped with items that looked like they came from the local op-shop. Some form of coffee maker would have been nice, even a plunger if not a pod machine (This is standard...

"I’m sad to say we didn’t book more time here! We stayed for one night in September. This is the place to be if you need a nice place to stay that is beautiful and relaxing. My daughter had a blast in the kids pool where she tried a water slide for the first time ever! The staff were welcoming and helpful. We walked to the restaurant and ordered take away and a gentleman brought us food to our room. Overall, a very lovely experience, I would recommend. "
