Immerse yourself in this fabulous beach house located in the beautiful suburb, MacMasters Beach. Enjoy the ambiance of the quiet, leafy surroundings, just a short 150m stroll and you will be at the waters edge.
This family friendly property offers 4 bedrooms to accommodate 8 guests. The home is set across 3 levels with a wrap around deck for alfresco entertaining.
Set amongst nature with light filled rooms, and just 150m away from beach access, this holiday home is the perfect location to enjoy long summer days right near the beach.
Entering the home there is a foyer, main bathroom and laundry. On the second level relax in the spacious lounge room which is located off the combined dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a DeLonghi coffee machine.

There are 2 bedrooms on this level with Queen beds, the main bedroom on this level has a small balcony. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The third level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has a Queen Bed and the second bedroom has 2 King Singles. Both bedrooms on this level have reverse cycle air conditioning.

There is off street parking for 3 vehicles.
Please note that this property is not fenced.

Macmasters Beach is a comfortable 90 minute drive north of Sydney CBD. Kincumber shopping centre is nearby and has all your grocery shopping needs. Located near Bouddi National park you can enjoy many Coastal Bush walking tracks. Further along the Killcare peninsula is Killcare Beach and Hardys Bay offering Homeware and gift shopping, local cafes and Hardys Bay Marina.
