"My husband and I took our daughter, husband and 3 grandchildren under 4 years old to this house for 10 nights. In addition another daughter stayed over for 1 night. It was ideal for our needs; spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The 2 utility areas were particularly helpful for cleaning beach equipment, toys and clothes! The house itself was situated in a quiet courtyard and safe for excited small children. It was also located near all amentities (mostly within 20 mins drive). It was near good supermarkets, an excellent variety of beaches, activities for children eg Sealife, Vurland farm and lovely villages, walks, gardens etc for adults. We found a range of excellent restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes and appetites; we paticularly love fresh fish and were not disappointed. The ownwe was very friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this house and would be delighted to stay there again."

"We were travelling from Lincolnshire, for a family gathering. Annette was very helpful and sent clear instructions, with directions etc.We arrived without any issues. We were directed to the cabin. On first expression was stunning.The cabin was very beautiful, clean and warm.It was perfect in every way and everything that we needed. We took our 3 boys-dogs, who enjoyed the enclosed garden. The views are amazing, looking out to the countryside.There are plenty of walks, and 35 minutes drive to Weymouth and Portland.We would definitely recommend this place to anyone, who just wants to relax and get away from it all. "Yes parking and staff were ok food was poor i saw multiple customers complaining about the food. Property condition very very tired windows were boarded up up stairs, not being able to have breakfast until 9:00a.m is an issue so for those reasons i wont be staying again, shame cos its a great location for visiting customers in Portland "

"Amazing 3 day break in this beautiful location. The attention to detail by the owners is outstanding. ! The photos do not do this place justice. It is so beautiful you will not want to leave. Such a great location. You can do as little or as much as you want. So many wonderful places to visit nearby. However we enjoyed relaxing by the log burner or making use of the wood fired hotttub and just relaxing the most. This place is a gem and the owners are always on hand if you need anything and put some lovely personal touches into the hide. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much !"

"A lovely, well-equipped and comfortable base for our week’s stay in Dorset, with a range of dog walks from the door. The Crown Inn in the village is very welcoming and serves a good range of meals. The nearest beach is only a 5-8 minute drive away, with cafe, parking and a National Trust car park. Abbotsbury is also about the same distance. There’s good access to bus services along the coast in both directions from Burton Bradstock. For shopping, it’s a short drive into Bridport."
