"We completely enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, all the amenities you could need. Photos don’t do it justice. We made family dinners and dined out on the terrace over looking the valley. The house and pool made for a relaxing week. The setting is pastoral with day trips to historic sites. The area is filled with medieval history and eco tourism. And of course the WINE, and vineyards. Our hosts are inviting and friendly. We spent our days traveling to different areas, there’s so much to do...

"The windmill is an exceptional place to stay. It is stunning in every way, so well designed. A lovely welcome with a tour. Lots of local information leaflets. Bed very comfortable, appliances very good, well equipped, plenty of hot water and a very good shower. Loads of outdoor space with plenty of seating and table space. Supermarket within walking distance (about 1km) a local boulangerie in the village. So much to do in the local area and for those interested excellent running and walking...

"An outstanding house with all the comfort and mod cons we needed for a relaxing holiday in Burgundy. The stylish property was extremely clean and well equipped in a quiet and beautiful location of the village of Boyer. Many of the faculties like the dish washer, washing machine, cooker etc were all new and we. had access to 3 showers and 3 toilets! Jacques, the host, and his family were warm and inviting and made us feel very welcome. They spoilt us with home made apple juice, cake and home...

"Patrick est d’une gentillesse rare. Nous avons loué sa très belle maison pour fêter l’anniversaire de mon papa et nous avons été parfaitement accueillis et nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. "When we found the owners they were friendly and helpful, the cabins are small but have everything you need. The site is quiet, and we enjoyed introducing ourselves to the ponies, goats and chickens!"

"A lovely property in a great location. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and it's a great base for exploring the area with its fantastic vineyards. It took us a while to find a good boulangerie for our breakfast bread and croissants, but we did eventually find one in St Gengoux - worth the 11km round trip. If you like walking or cycling then you'll love the Voie Verte. Good places to visit: St Gengoux, Cormatin castle, Solutré, Cluny, Taizé, Beaune."

"Well equipped, tastefully decorated, comfortable. Plenty of storage for cases and accessories. Beds very comfortable, great shower! Good secluded patio area with plenty of seating and the benefit of a small pool. Off road, safe and secure parking. Good WiFi. Area excellent for touring the Beaujolais region with great local road connectivity. Our warm and friendly hosts were more than generous leaving wine and basic provisions for a few breakfasts. "Belle propriété, de superbes installations MAIS propriétaire trop présent : il s'est permis d'entrer dans la villa sans raison quand bon lui semblait que l'on soit là ou non, plusieurs fois par jour, pour observer tous nos faits et gestes. Il y a un gardien qui lui est très discret et c'est son travail de s'occuper de la villa (fleurs, piscine, ..). Pour le jacuzzi, aucune explication claire et si on se trompe on est privé de jacuzzi (fermeture inopinée de la porte malgré qu'on le paye). À part...
