"This condo was absolutely amazing! The owner was genuine and polite, and the view was amazing. The only thing I wish I would have had in the condo was blackout curtains to keep it a little darker and a little cooler, even though the AC worked perfectly."

"Photos on Travcelocity are totally deceiving, the location is not close to the beach or ocean. It is not possible to walk to a beach or safe to walk to the ocean. It is located close to a lot of restaurants as it is situated in the Korean English School area. The room condition was good and clean. The building condition was a bit run-down. Did not like having to walk through the underground parking area (stinky, dark, hot) just to get out of the building. The pool was big and the patio was nice."

"Horrible stay. No amenities. Changed my room 3 times first two room were horrible. Toilets are horrible no internet for my entire stay "

"Simply put, the first hour of our stay in the unit was spent looking for another place to transfer to.. the rusty smell was unbearable, and the cleanliness of the unit was poor with appearances of insects and the rest. This unit needs a massive rehabilitation and cleaning.. "

"This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again. "

"First could not find reservation, Waited over one hour and lady at desk had an attitude. Then taken to wrong room; no ocean view. Then moved to another building and it has a ocean view from 14th floor over a 1/4 mile away! No where near the beach; you have to walk to a open field and then pay to go on the beach. This is just old condo's that are empty and poorly managed and false advertising at the least. would NEVER recommend! Oh, and a $13.00 per hour early check in; charged for 2 hours even though we waited an hour and a half before we finally got the right room."
