"The hotel didn't have our reservation. We had to wait to see if there was a room for us. This is really the worse thing that can happen when traveling in a distant place with heavy luggage. I don't know why they didn't have my reservation when I had received multiple confirmations. And then while we are trying to rest for the few hours we were in the room, someone comes to us saying we are required to pay him for his 5 gallon of water he is delivering to us. Happy stay

"Extremely beautiful place and friendly staff. Thanks to Jerry for getting out of his way to help us with our other issues ( we need new lock for our luggage)Of course to the general manager Simon and Giovanni who’s always checking on every guest to make sure they are okay. We hope we can go back there again and explore other places "
