Outro ponto que considerei desagradável foi o fato de terem ficado com o nosso cartão do hotel e não o devolverem. Também enfrentamos dificuldades para entrar em contato com a recepção, já que o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando. Entendo que imprevistos podem acontecer, mas esses itens básicos não deveriam faltar, especialmente quando solicitados. Não se trata de um favor, mas de um padrão esperado de serviço."

The bathrooms are some of the most generous I've seen in any hotel worldwide. I super recommend Rosewood São Paulo to anyone visiting. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience. "The location was great and had many spots to eat and drink at it was also very safe to walk at any hour, the only downside was the current construction going on next to it but that’s not the hotels fault. Would definitely return to this location without a doubt."
