"Very well kept property. Everything looks freshly painted , rooms and hallways. Nice area for breakfast. Parking is $12 for your car, but may that is what all the properties in steamboat do in a tourist area? Front desk was very helpful and polite at check in and check out. Not too far from downtown Steamboat, but there is also free bus service around the area so you can avoid parking in town."

The location couldn’t be better — close to excellent restaurants and just steps from the Yampa River Core Trail, making it easy to explore the whole town on foot. We’re truly happy we chose to stay here."
