Appliances were top of the line.All of the thermostats were locked, and we weren't allowed to change the temperature except for two gas stoves and space heaters in the upstairs (there are no baseboard heaters upstairs). Main bedroom is either an ice box or a sauna depending on whether the gas stove is on.The hot tub control screen was broken, so there was no way to heat up the hot tub. When asked for a solution, was told "we will notify the local team and they will be over soon". Never showed.There were no extra garbage bags, and only two rolls of paper towels for a four night stay. When asked for more, we were told "go to the local store and buy more".This house was very expensive, and I expected better..."
