We booked the carriage house for a fun weekend away to experience the 2024 Eclipse in the path of totality. The carriage house ended up being perfect for our needs. "Location was great overall property needs some work. The water was very minimally smelling almost to the point where you didn't want to take the shower. The shower drain filled up and didn't drain properly so you were standing in dirty water the whole time showering. The kitchen sink drain p-trap was not properly secured and started leaking how to put a bucket under it so not to flood the place out while washing dishes by hand."

"Stayed here to access the Sugarbush ski area. Easy 10-15 minute drive with on-site parking at cabin. Super cute with fire wood provided for use in both the inside fire place and outside fire pit. Cabin abuts the river which makes a nice coffee spot. Easy access to hiking trails. Only things to consider is that beds require climbing a ladder to access so keep that in mind if people have mobility issues. Also no TV so bring your own device if you have something you would like to watch."
