Find Hotel with a Concierge in Madaba

We arrived Jordan late evening, but the staff at Mosaic were welcoming, friendly & helpful. Our room was very nice, super clean, & although for our backs the mattress wasn't perfect, we spent a restful night. The hotel is an 5 minute walk to the beautiful mosaics & could be a great place to stay if going to Jerash. We had booked our last night in Jordan to stay there also, but illness prevented us at the last moment from traveling to Madaba. The hotel was totally gracious & didn't charge us for...

I stayed one night 10/13 , relaxing light to sleep in . Clean bed . Convenient markets and resturant in a walking distance .

This hotel is wonderful! If we get a chance to return to Jordan we will absolutely stay here again. Madaba is a perfect location to stay in Jordan. It's not over congested like Amman but there is so much to do. It's about a 45 minute drive to the dead sea, an hour to Amman, and 15 min from Mount Nebo. There are many other historic sites in Madaba as well. They have a small private parking lot which is perfect because there is so much within walking distance. The tourist street is nearby with...

Wonderful

Lovely stay with extremely accommodating and warm hosts

Property is being remodeled. Our room seems to be completely remodeled but needs bedside lamps, table to put luggage when opening instead of having to get all d way to floor. I used one of d chairs :) Also need bathroom caddy for toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, none provided) The biggest frustration on this accommodation was the lacking of signage-only sign is on front/main door, once you get inside, ur lost! We went up d stairs carrying luggages only to find out our room is...

Great place. Very clean I wish if there was washer or dryer. But the how clean and the service was great. And the main thing the swimming pool is covered.

Clean and large rooms

Excellent Staff & Service.

Such a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Amman. The location is amazing, close to Rainbow Street and many 5-star-restaurants (ex. Um Kkalil and Fakhr Il-Dine restaurants). The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was our place to spend a very relaxing time of the day, to hang out and enjoy the sunset. This hotel is worth every single penny. The breakfast was of huge variety.

Excellent

A nice stay. Relaxing. Luxurious. The only negative thing that happened to me during my stay was a half day lost waiting in the lobby at the day of departure. Our flight was at 9:00pm and we were flying to canada (12hrs flight) the front desk guy gave us till 2pm only. It would have been nice of him to expand it till 4pm so we can enjoy the exteriors more, the sun and refresh in the pools especially that it was too hot. Anyway it was not clever of him. We could have spend more if it happened,...

Todo fue excelente y la ubicación muy buena

Such a lovely staff and service! Our room was very large and comfortable which allowed us to relax after coming back to rest each day of our stay. Zaid and Muhammad at the front desk are amazing as well as the security and housekeeping staff. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Lovely facility. Great staff and great food.

This is a fabulous, classy and welcoming hotel. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are beautiful and the food and drink is delicious. Had a wonderful stay here at the beginning and end of our trip to Jordan.

Nice hotel in great spot.
