"We had a great 3 night stay in Borgo Marino Plemmirio! Nice rooms with airconditioning and decent kitchen. The swimming pool is very nice with see views and even the Etna in the background! Very close to this somewhat isolated location is a fantastic little beach (Spiaggia Massolivieri). It is the nicest beach we have been to in Italy! Also the old town of Syracusa is a must-go-to."

"Within a 30 Minute walk (or <5 Min car drive) you can visit a beach - that we preferred to many others in the surroundings (been there 4/13 days). That beach also has lots of ruined houses to explore. Very quiet during the week."
