"I was prepared to be underwhelmed as the price was modest for Brighton. However it was a nice room , staff interaction was good and the location all be it a couple of miles out of town led to a nice 50 minute walk in along the prom and the beach huts. All in all a happy stay and the street parking situation was far better than the town centre."
