"I needed a last-minute no-frills one-night stay in central Hove. The Langford fitted the bill perfectly. Large clean en-suite room, comfy bed, and an extremely helpful and cheerful porter who was there for me checking in at 23:30 and then checking out at 07:30. The hotel could benefit from a decor refresh, but for the price I paid for my room, I couldn’t have asked for more. Great value."

"Really lovely hotel. A lovely mix of modern and art deco. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was a little noisy from the restaurant downstairs, but next time we'll just ask for a room in a different spot. The staff were lovely, especially those in the bar/restaurant. "

"Check in was easy and they had given us an upgrade which was a bonus. Room very comfortable and clean. Tea, coffee machine and proper milk. A very special treat were some sweet treats. Had an evening meal and both chose burgers which we enjoyed. Small menu but was ok. Excellent sleep in a huge bed, room very dark so slept in. Breakfast had a good choice that was cooked to order. Can recommend the smoked salmon and scrambled egg on toast. All the staff were friendly and worked hard. Thank you"
