Es war okey, das Hotel ist aber defintiv in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wellness Bereich ist viel zu klein und und wirkt nicht wirklich einladend. Den Aufpreis kann man sich sparen. Die Lage ist jedoch super.

Struttura molto bella con camere grandi e comode, adatte anche con bimbi piccoli visto che c’è l’angolo cottura. A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro anche se la strada non è comoda. Ci torneremo in inverno per provare anche la spa e il ristorante, al momento chiusi

Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, nella prenotazione risultava l'utilizzo della SPA che non era disponibile per ristrutturazione, si sono subito attivati per farci avere un rimborso parziale. Nel complesso la struttura è molto bella ma poco curata. Nella stanza mancava la carta igienica, la terza parure di asciugamani e il terzo letto non era fatto, ma dopo segnalazione si sono immediatamente attivati

assolutamente non un 4 stelle

Hotel isolato e poco curato sotto tutti gli aspetti; centro raggiungibile a piedi in 10-15 minuti o in auto. Tutto il personale poco reattivo e svogliato (ad eccezione della signora delle pulizie del 20 agosto e un cameriere durante la colazione). Camera nella depandance 1 trovata non perfettamente pulita, soprattutto in bagno (capelli nel box doccia malconcio e nel lavandino); letti scomodi con materassi troppo morbidi; più lampadine rotte; nemmeno carta e penna; riscaldamento inattivo e fatta richiesta più volte in reception per una stufetta elettrica visto le basse temperature della sera, non è mai arrivata; Set da bagno di cortesia consistente in bustine di doccia-shampoo, saponette e cuffia per i capelli: assolutamente inadatto. Colazione molto scarsa: totale assenza di frutta fresca e verdura, nessuna brioches fresca se non quella trovata sul tavolo dal sapore orribile, mancanza di rifornimento da parte degli operatori di sala e cucina dei prodotti esauriti. Ristorante non prenotabile per pranzo e cena perché "pieno" a detta del receptionist, totalmente inaccettabile; fornito un ristorante alternativo con sconto del 10%, ma dalla parte opposta del paese (quindi indispensabile spostarsi in auto). Centro spa inagibile. La camera avrebbe dovuto essere insonorizzata, di fatto non lo era affatto. Le condizioni generali della struttura, e soprattutto dei garage, sono molto scarse.

La struttura è bella (anche se non tenuta al meglio): le camere sono ampie e il personale molto gentile. La parte deludente sono i servizi: al bar non c’è mai nessuno e non hanno nemmeno uno snack, la cucina ahimè è pessima e la colazione deludente (un caffè impossibile da bere!). Trovo inoltre esagerato chiedere 10€ a notte aggiungivi se si ha un animale (che tra l’altro non può entrare nella sala da pranzo).

EIne etwas in die Jahre gekommene Hotelanlage - schön und sehr ruhig gelegen, als wir im Sommer dort waren, offensichtlich weitgehend leer - genau so wie die Küche im Zimmer (kein Geschirr, keine Pfannen) Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet und freundliche Bedienung (auch für nicht italienisch-Sprechende).

Attenzione al pagamento a fine soggiorno!

Il concierge è gentile ma inesperto. Mio marito, al momento di pagare gli extra, si è visto fatturare una seconda volta la camera. Accortosi dell'errore ha reclamato, ma nessuno è stato in grado di fare uno storno del pagamento con carta di credito. A distanza di una settimana e mezzo ancora non abbiamo ricevuto il rimborso. Scandaloso!

La posizione è stupenda per relax e bellezza, e anche comodissima per il centro e gli impianti. Molto comodo il servizio gratuito di navetta per le piste. Camera confortevole e pulita, un po datata come arredo e finiture. Servizi e comfort migliorabili per esser un 4 stelle. Personale cordiale e disponibile Ottima e abbondante la colazione a buffet. Un po caruccio forse come prezzo. Nel complesso comunque consigliatissimo.

A due passi dal centro.

Appena fuori dal centro ma raggiungibile a piedi. E' situato in mezzo al bosco in un angolo di pace e tranquillita'. Camere spaziose con angolo cottura. Non degna di nota da colazione . Per un 4 stelle decisamente da migliorare qualità e cortesia dei camerieri. Molto cortesi e disponibili le ragazze della reception

Great scenery

The hotel is placed in a very beautiful setting in the mountains. We took the scenic route from Splügen in Switzerland over the Splügenpass which was incredible beautiful. The hotel is placed in the outskirts of the town of Madesimo but it is an easy walk into town. The hotel is a bit difficult to find since there is no sign in town. Very pleasent staff and great views over the mountains.

Pragtfuldt sted - kan absolut anbefales

Vi nød opholdet på hotellet i fulde drag (på gennemrejse på vej til Italien). Der blev serveret pragtfuld italiensk mad i restauranten, og morgenmaden var helt i top.

Siamo stati in questo albergo, molto bello, accogliente, in posizione tranquilla e vicino al bosco per poter fare delle passeggiate. Il personale è molto gentile. Le csmere sono grandi, ben tenuti e arredati, inoltre c'è anche un cucinino, quinfi è quasi un mini appartamento. È a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, vicino agli impianti di risalita che noi utilizziamo d'estate per fare downhill. Consigliato

Struttura bellissima

Tutto è stato perfetto. Camera accogliente e pulita, servizio ottimo e personale gentile, albergo facilmente raggiungibile e immerso nel verde. In 3 minuti di macchina si arriva al centro di madesimo (10 a piedi) . lo consiglio
