"We stayed at the hotel from the 16th to the 20th, and our experience was truly exceptional. Despite arriving very early in the middle of the night, the staff on duty—Mr. Mojammel and Sohel, along with the night manager—went above and beyond to ensure our comfort from the very moment we arrived. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel immediately welcomed and relaxed. Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people who made our experience even more memorable, especially the restaurant manager, Aladin, and the floor attendant on Level 8, Sahudul, whose attentiveness and warm hospitality were outstanding. We wholeheartedly and highly recommend this hotel. Choosing this place for our stay in Madinah was one of the best decisions we made, and we will always remember the exceptional service and sincere hospitality we received. "The hotel was very clean and organized. The building is newly renovated and everything was nice looking. The neighborhood feels and looks like you are in Bangladesh but the hotel itself is nice. The walk to the Haram is not easy because you have to cross two major highways. I recommend taking the white Taksis to the haram which charge 15Rials each way - getting to the haram was easy. "
