The receptionist gave me a upgrade for free to a suite which was wonderful especially with kids having a bigger room was a bonus the staff were really friendly air conditioning was really good and got the room cold and haram was 15 mins walk which wasent to bad

The room was clean, the staff were very nice, and because we stayed during Ramadan they offered us free iftar instead of the free breakfast, and it was delicious. The only issue we had were that the shuttle was unavailable the first couple days, so don't depend on it if you plan to stay here

Clean room, nice and friendly staff,very quiet, amenities are complete. 25 minutes walk to Nabavi Mosque, breakfast is good but a little limited compared to our hotel in Jeddah. The yonge guy in the reception was very helpful and he upgraded our room to a spacious room. Thank you all.

Rooms were very clean, nice ambience and feel, staff was amazing. Actually lady at the counter offered me the upgraded room which was bigger than what I booked. So thanks to her for that. Since I had to catch the flight early in the morning, I couldn’t had a chance to eat the breakfast so I missed that but over all I will give 10 out of 10. Amazing experience
