Beautiful hotel, located close to shops and restaurants. Room was clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, though there wasn’t much variety. Also, there is a coffee shop located inside the hotel which was great.

Clean room, nice and friendly staff,very quiet, amenities are complete. 25 minutes walk to Nabavi Mosque, breakfast is good but a little limited compared to our hotel in Jeddah. The yonge guy in the reception was very helpful and he upgraded our room to a spacious room. Thank you all.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very cooperative and supportive. Masjid Nabvi is almost 22 minutes walk, but hotel provided shuttle bus at every prayer. We used it little but good support by the hotel.

Everything was great. Room was clean. Friendly, nice, polite staff. Healthy breakfast (not wide variety, but great quality for free) Indeed it’s a little far from the prophet’s mosque, but shuttle bus is available (free, 6 times a day). Overall, the experience in this hotel was excellent, and I can recommend to anyone.

We got upgraded to a Haram view room alhamdulilah it was gorgeous. The staff are so polite, respectful and are always willing to help you out to make your stay better. This was me and my families first time staying at Anjum and we fell in love with it. At first I didn’t know if I should book them but after reading their reviews I went for it and it did not disappoint. The breakfast had so much to select from, I miss there omelet now that I’m back. It’s a quick walk to the Haram, going and coming isn’t as hectic since this isn’t right on the haram. Food wise I didn’t have to worry about finding a place in the mall since they have room service we got there chicken saudi kabsa and the portion was amazing, pizza and chicken nuggets and the food was masha’Allah tasted really good. Alhamdulilah, we appreciate their service.

It was a nice stay for five nights. room was clean, all modern amenities but Batheoom basin was with spots. staffs were super helpful, 24hr staff is available at the reception for anything. they have shuttle service as well which is only at the prayer time and it starts 10 minutes befor the Adhan from the hotel thus it becomes a bit tough to find place for women in the masjid. if number of trips could be increased, it would be great.
I liked their breakfast buffet. chef is very friendly and he himself offers egg fries to guests. like different items in alternative days. that's a very good strategy of the hotel, thus guests become not bored with the same food.

Everything is excellent, new, very nicely decorated. Only small points, the shuttle leaves too close to salaat times and returns too early, and the bathrooms have begun to develop moulding along the sealants which is not perfectly cleaned otherwise it is exceptional for the price. The hotel is located around 25 mins walk and 4 mins drive from the Masjid Al-Nabwi. It is a small hotel but was clean and staffs were always present to meet the needs. The shuttle service was good but we used taxi most of the time who charged 10 riyal to masjid Al-Nabwi. The chef was friendly and still served us with breakfast when we got 10 mins late after the breakfast end time at 10am. Two bengali staffs were amazing and helpful and always willing to serve. We really enjoyed complimentary fresh arabic coffee and dates at the front desk. Upon arrival for a check in we were told that we didn't have the booking until the following day. We booked the hotel from 30th and sent a message that we will check in at 3am on the 31st. They aplogised for an error and told us that they didn't have the twin room we booked and offered us a upgraded room with a double bed. We were not happy to share the bed but was told that that was the only room they had available for the day and will move us in a twin room in the afternoon. We had a long flight and were exhausted and had no choice but to accept the double room. We complaint abou yheir error and was given a phone number to send our complaint by WhatsApp. I found the hotel ittle pricey for it's location.There are many shops and restuarante and caffes nearby. The hotel is situated by a busy road and there was a lot of traffic noise. I wouldn't mind staying at this hotel again but would not pay 500 riyal for a night.
