"Did not eat continental breakfast, but looked good. Provided coffe maker in room was stocked and convenient. Clean and comfortable. Only nit picky things were no liners in the trashcans in room and turntable in microwave was broken and made noise when heating up leftover from restaurant. "

"Sofa bed was really uncomfortable and terrible quality. Clump of hair found in bathroom. Smell of either mold or enclosed area for long period of time. King bed was very confortable however. everything for breaskfast is there but coffee is terrible. Parking and access to rooms is convenient. Place is safe. If i was stuck i would book again, otherwise i would choose another location. "

"We were disappointed with our stay due to several cleanliness and comfort concerns. The hallway leading to our room was dirty upon check-in, and unfortunately, it was never cleaned during our stay. Inside the room, there was a persistent dampness that affected both the space and our personal belongings. The bed was extremely uncomfortable—so much so that my husband had to purchase an air mattress to sleep on the following night. Additionally, our room was not serviced while we were out all day Saturday. When we returned, the bed felt cold and damp, which added to the discomfort. The bathroom sink was leaking every time we turned it on. We would not stay here again. "

"Super convenient for UGA. Rooms are small; bathrooms are tiny; but all up to date. I booked two adults, but UGA Daughter decided to stay with us and I listed that (in writing) at front desk…would have been classy IF check-in provided 3 comp breakfast vouchers; but that didn’t happen. Also I detest plastic trough and utensils for a meal, but that’s how breakfast is served—expected better. Would I stay again-yes; but doubtful I seek it out. Also, I like clear instructions. Parking was free in the tiered garage, but there is a tkt machine and gate—which was up…but it took a minute to process—desk should’ve clearly said…‘don’t mind the tkt machine or the gate—just proceed past the open gate to any open parking space—a small but helpful detail for 1st time visitor.."

"Staff did not clean room or provide towels the second day of a 3 day stay. Lower area not to my standards for a Best Western but I don't know anything about tower rooms. Parking is minimal and difficult to acquire if late returning. Breakfast was definitely of low standards with minimal selections. No breakfast available last morning at 0800 on April 20,2026, no coffee, nothing."
