Excellent stay for a night. Room was very clean. Refrigerator was a larger mini fridge. Also had a microwave. Very quiet. Landscaping around the property beautiful. Breakfast was great and convenient. Staff very friendly. Would stay here again.

Staff was friendly, and check in/check pit was a breeze! I appreciated the tv service. It was not constantly interrupted as some hotels i have stayed at have been. A channel guide would have been a plus.

Pictures were deceiving. Room was clean except in bathroom, dirt in creases of floor and around baseboard. Request fresh towels and told there were not any. Then told to come get some a few minutes later.

Clean and comfortable. Could be better if they had the breakfast bar reopened. Otherwise a good place for a good nights rest.

The beds were horrible!! We all slept like crap! The bathroom was TINY and the light in there was dark. Somebody above us walked their room back and forth our entire stay, NO lie!! The best thing was the coffee. For a one night stay it was doable, but I won't be back.

Didn't like the fact there were no GRAB BARS at all for the tub. Couldn't use tub because there was nothing there to grab hold to for getting safely out of the tub. Also need something in bottom of tub to keep it from being slippery. My only complaint. Everything else was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for a great stay. Will use you again.

The TV did not work when I checked in .. they tried to fix it while I was in the room after about 15 minutes I ask if I could get a new room. They were very reluctant to do that. After more time went by and me pressuring that I wanted a new room with everything working correctly I did get another room and it was NOT an upgrade and they did not give me any sort of discount for the inconveniences.

Clean & Comfortable Room

First, I'd like to say that I greatly appreciated the front desk clerk named Pritti for her warm welcome when I checked in to the hotel. She was very kind and friendly. The room, itself, was very clean and comfortable. It was obvious the hotel has gone through some renovations within recent years to create a modern, clean hotel room environment. There were only two things about our room that I would have liked to change. First, part of the metal on the swing bar lock on the door was broken. Second the remote control to the TV looked quite dirty. We did not partake in the complimentary breakfast. There was a friendly man walking around in the morning who was eager to receive our room key to get started cleaning as soon as possible. He did not rush us and he seemed very nice. I would stay there again if I need to come back to Monroe in the future.
