2/10 Terrible

"Rooms horrible, online said queen size but the beds are way smaller. Bathroom small, staff are dismissive. The hotel isn't even 2 star status, looks really run down & old, Do not go to this hotel, you will be disappointed 😒. My family will definitely not be staying at any Double tree hilton ever again. The booking doesn't come with breakfast so you will have to spend an extra $24 per person. We felt catfished. 😔 TV isn't smart so you can't even use your own firestick and the TV channels are so boring. With all the rooms & money you make you can't invest in improving the facility. Damn shame. Horrible, terrible hotel, service, ambience. Stay at this hotel at your own peril. You have been warned. The staff at the restaurant/bar however we're good, pleasant & made us feel welcome."

"Todo bien, limpio, muy buen desayuno, al llegar nos comentaron que no había costo por el estacionamiento ya que tienes que sacar un ticket pero en la mañana si nos intentaron cobrar por estacionar la persona dijo que no sabía por qué nos habían dicho que no tenía costo que estaba bien."

"Everything else is good except for a couple of points. The rooms are rather small. Putting a microwave in there should still be possible. When you have a self checkout store selling food that can be picked up late night arrivals, why not put a microwave in the room instead of expecting guests to come down to the lobby to hear their food and then carry the hot stuff to their room. Also it's about time the old irons get replaced by streamers. The place it very super close to the airport with a restaurant that serves nice food."

"Rooms were dirty, No bath cream , Breakfast was not good and room service was so bad. I asked them to mop room ,no one came to mop for 6 hours. They didnt change linens for 3 days, They are not even making beds. So dusty floor so we had to put on socks all the time, No water bottles, no restaurant, This hotel is under construction."

"We stay here when we travel back East. It is a convenient Location in Clifton and close to Target, Applebee's, and other Shopping Stores without going onto Rt 3. Its ashamed that the attached Old Restaurant Red Robin has closed since our last Visit. Looks like they renovated the property some. We cannot complain about the Breakfast as we ate there Daily."

"The young woman at the front desk was nice and very efficient, and the room was clean. This is the only good stuff. The public areas of the hotel looked a little dingy and definitely dirty in spots. I went to the pool as soon as it opened and there were so many chemicals they were swirling on top of the water. There was a big clot of hair on the floor near the drains. There were no towels. I reported this to the front desk bc I thought I'd just soak my legs, and she sent someone with towels. He brought TWO (there were already three families in the pool) and shrugged when asked when there would be more. The tv in our room didn't work. Front desk lady sent a technician who made it turn on. But the sound was so low even cranked up to full volume we gave up watching. The towels in the bathroom were for miniature people. The breakfast consisted of a few soggy muffins and tiny "scones," plus some bananas and hard boiled eggs. My husband came down half an hour before breakfast ended and all baked goods were gone. The woman there said the oven "exploded." I would spend an extra fifty bucks if I had it to do over again and go to a higher rated place."
