"Generally a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean, smelled fresh and nicely presented. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was quiet and worked well. Breakfast was perhaps a little better than you usually find at a good hotel these days, artificial scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy and grits, fruit, yogurt, cereals, breads and the inevitable waffles. Coffee was okay but not great. The staff was always helpful. I'm not sure why but the receptionist directed me to use the stairs. I never did see an elevator. The only issue I had was that the body wash dispenser in the shower was apparently empty so I used the bar of hand soap from the sink."

"The stay was decent. Enjoyed the morning breakfast before the start of each day. I do wish the pool wouldn't have to be unlocked by staff during pool hours. Also, the side door where you're able to go tothe pool did not allow you to come back inside even after you waved your card in front of the sensor that I didn't like. You had to go all the way to the front door to go back to your hotel room. I have issues with my joints, knees, and back at this age. Also, I had canceled a prior hotel stay which we were supposed to come to this same hotel July 4-6, 2026 through hotel,com but, somehow it was not canceled at all. I have canceled several trips through the hotel.com app, I know how to do it l, and so this hotel stay should've been canceled...I got an email Friday, July 3, 2026 telling the hotel couldn't wait for us to arrive. Imagine my surprise when I thought this hotel stay was canceled...The final result after some resolution inquiries from me to the hotel management was they kept half of the hotel payment for that hotel stay. I didn't like that...Everything else was good or went well."
