"Took my family here for a much needed getaway for my postpartum wife. It was perfect. Having the river directly behind the cabin was amazing for the view and swimming (great fishing too), it was closer than I expected and the waterfall nearby was such a nice ambient sound. Buddy the dog was the first dog I’ve seen mine really bond with and take a liking to in years, he’s super friendly on his odd travels around the property. "Couldn't connect to the wifi and any bathroom didn't have any hand soap. Messaged the host and got a response within 2-3 hours. If you are planning to visit please pack towels beddings toiletries as they are not supplied. Host messaged ahead of time that these aren't supplied. We had a good experience other than above two things."

Henrys cabin on the river

10/10 Excellent

"This is the first time we have rented a cabin in this way, and we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. It’s was easy to find with the help of the owner. The cabin was right on the water with a lovely wooded area surrounding the property The cabins interior was cozy and inviting. Everything was clean and well maintained. We have 2 children, 7 and 9 and they loved it too. We explored the water side and made a fire in the pit. The bed was incredible!!!! One of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. It was an easy and pleasurable experience which we may come back to in the future"

"It was clean when we checked in and as advertised. The air-conditioning was great and the property was quiet and lovely. The peace and quiet was lovely. The kitchen had everything you could want except I would have appreciated a blender for frozen drinks. The only annoying thing was that we had to take any and all garbage and recycling away with us, which after a week was significant. Or for the cost of 40 we could have had them take it away. This was not disclosed till the email a week before check in. It was a little inconvenient."

"My family and I have been to several VRBO sites over the past decade and I'm confident in saying this is our favourite! It is beautiful cabin on a very quiet and secluded property with a mix of lawn and forest. The hosts were lovely and made the experience easy. I will be booking my next trip there again soon."
