Property was clean and had no issues. Close to the port for a cruise vacation. Room was very small. No place to eat close by. Ordered delivery. Lobby closes so had to wait downstairs for it and open the door. Small inconvenience but over all a nice place.

I really like NH hotels . The staff was very friendly and helpful during this covid situation. The room was perfect, great space, large sofa, chairs , desk , large mirrors, nice wallpaper, beautiful balcony space with views, this lobby was nice & clean . Great location , you can walk to shops, markets, and the pier ,mall, and the port etc.. great for families or Business trips etc... I really don't have any cons because my stay was great and when I return to Marseille i will be checking in to NH...

Decent sized room with balcony and great view of old port and city beyond. Front desk staff excellent. Only disappointment was the restaurant being closed. Good waterfront location.

Hotel is in a great location within walking distance to everything. The breakfast is a great way to start the day and as you enjoy it you have a great view of the port.

The Alex Hotel & Spa was booked due to it's close proximity to the train station. The staff upon check-in were helpful & friendly and our room was clean and renovated - it was one of our favorite stays in France! Also, the balcony was a plus and was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of travel while still enjoying the city.

This is a beautiful, classy hotel in a good location near the old port of Marseille. The hotel can be seen from a great distance, and is quite impressive to approach. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to any need. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean and modern. No complaints.

Great place to stay the night before a flight out. Decent restaurant and bar. Spacious room. All good.

The only complaint is a comfortable chair in the living room would be good and two hand towels in the bathroom.

What a joy! The gite is beautiful, with lots of great spaces to hide in and amazing views out of each window, of the vineyards and nearby houses. You feel like you are living in the 20th century but will all the conveniences of today. It was quiet and wonderful. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming. We will plan to stay again when we return to France.

We loved this hotel experience. We rented a car to explore Provence and had no problem driving the 10 - 15 minutes to Aix-en-Provence.

We were very impressed! Admittedly our expectations for a hotel beside the airport were not high. We needed to be close as our flight took off early. Wecwere welcomed warmly by friendly staff. We were given very clear directions. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The on demand shuttle service got us there on time and did not keep us waiting. Although in the heart of Marseille, C2 was a relaxing, boutique retreat (just over 20 rooms) with friendly staff and comfortable accommodations in a thoughtfully restored former townhouse then office building. I highly recommend Room 1. Walking distance to the harbor, sites and restaurants. But it was tempting to not even leave the hotel.
