The Charming La Latina Market is an apartment in the popular neighborhood of La Latina. Its privileged location makes it possible to walk to all the places of interest in the city, the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and the Royal Palace are just a 5-minute walk away.

In this apartment we find two wonderful bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom separated from the room.

The kitchen is of Italian design, with state-of-the-art appliances, it has an induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, capsule coffee maker, toaster, fridge, kettle...

The living room has a dining table, sofa and smart tv.

Among the comforts of the apartment we find heating and air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, bed linen and towels, and free toiletries, as well as cleaning products.

The building where the Charming La Latina Marquet is located is a beautiful, completely renovated building that has a typical Madrid corrala. Access to the apartment is by elevator.





AREA

La Latina is one of the most traditional neighborhoods in the city of Madrid. It is located in the center and its streets, of medieval origin, revolve around the Plaza de la Cebada and Plaza de la Paja.

The streets of this neighborhood reflect the most popular Madrid. The place is very frequented by the people of Madrid due to its numerous bars, pubs and traditional taverns full of charm in streets such as Cava Baja, Cava Alta or the same squares of Cebada and Paja. Although it usually has an atmosphere all the time, the evenings and weekends stand out. In addition, every Sunday, the surrounding streets host the famous Rastro de Madrid, a popular open-air market.

Great location, easy access to historical sites, metro, grocery, bars and restaurants.

This unit, on the inside looks just like the pics in the listing. It's a little on the smaller side, but very adequate. The place was clean and had easy access to restaurants, bars, metro and historical sites. Communication could have been better with the owner and a separate management company.

Great 1st Visit Location

For our first visit to Madrid, this location was perfect. We were in arms reach of all the tourist attractions, but also on a very quiet street and quiet building. Fully remodeled and modern! Great amenities - although we weren't home enough to enjoy all of them. The apartment was extremely comfortable. Love the security features. Everything is close by - grocery, train, gelato, shopping, and anything else you might need. I usually do Pro's/Con's reviews, but struggled to find any con's - oh, the TV kept defaulting to Turkish the three times we turned it on!! Reservations and check-in were super simple as well. This would be my first consideration for our return trip.
