The Charming Madrid Río is a charming one-bedroom apartment next to the popular Manzanares River Park called Madrid Río.

This apartment is very bright and fully equipped to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable. It has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and television.

A complete bathroom with shower, sink and hairdryer.

Fully equipped kitchen! Fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, automatic capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cutlery ... All ready for you to use from the day of your arrival.

The living room, with plenty of natural light, is the perfect place to relax after a long day, it has a television and a comfortable sofa bed.

Among the accommodation amenities we also find: free Wi-Fi, heating, sheets and towels, iron and ironing board and free toiletries. If you need a crib service for babies, it is possible to request a rental of it for € 30 for the entire stay.

AREA

This apartment is located in a very quiet area of the city with all the services: supermarkets, shops, pharmacies ... You can also go directly to the city center on foot, the Reina Sofía Museum is only 20 minutes away. Very close to the apartment is the old Matadero, a place converted into a space for art and events, which is worth visiting, very popular with the local inhabitants.

In the Madrid Río park, just over 50 meters from the apartment, it is possible to do a multitude of activities, ride a bike, cool off in its facilities or enjoy a drink on one of its terraces.
