This fantastic attic apartment, with capacity for up to 4 guests, has been recently renovated while preserving the charm of the original building. Beautiful features like exposed wooden beamshave been carefully maintained.

Though this tradition has largely faded, the Cristina Rota Acting School, located on the ground floor of the building, keeps it alive today. You might even have the chance to attend one of their performances during your stay — a true hidden gem for both locals and visitors.

HOW TO GET THERE
From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):
Take Line 8towards Nuevos Ministerios. Transfer to Line 6towards Lucero. At Moncloa, transfer to Line 3towards El Casar.
Get off at Lavapiésstation and walk to the provided address.
From Atocha Station:
Take Line 1towards Pinar de Chamartín. Get off at Sol, transfer to Line 3towards El Casar, and get off at Lavapiés. Then walk to the address.
From Chamartín Station:
Take Line 1towards Valdecarros, get off at Sol, transfer to Line 3towards El Casar, and get off at Lavapiés. Then walk to the address.
By Car:
Check the Madrid City Council websitefor up-to-date information on traffic restrictions and parking availability in the city center.
GETTING AROUND
The closest metro station is Lavapiés (Line 3), from which you can easily reach any part of Madrid. Nearby metro stations also include Embajadores, Antón Martín, Atocha, and Atocha Renfe.
Atocha Renfeis Madrid’s main train station, offering long-distance, AVE high-speed, and commuter train services. If you’re arriving by train, you can easily walk to the apartment — it's just a few minutes away.
For those arriving from the airport, in addition to taxis, Uber, or Cabify, a very convenient and affordable option is the Cercanías commuter train, which goes directly from the airport to Atocha station. From there, you can walk to the apartment if you're traveling light.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
