The apartment is located in a privileged location in Puerta del Sol, just a few minutes from Gran Vía, in the heart of Madrid. Just a step away from cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants and all the tourist attractions of the city.

It is a practical and functional, street view apartment of 85 m2 for 8 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.



It is located on the fourth floor and the building has a lift.



The apartment consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding, space to store your belongings and a television.



The living room has wonderful views of Puerta del Sol and has two comfortable double sofa beds, a television and a dining area.



The entire accommodation has air conditioning with cold/heat split.



You have 2 modern bathrooms with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; use it responsibly for it to work properly.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 8 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!
