4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Room had garbage from previous occupant in it. Non working remote, empty soaps. Staff on check out felt more like a burden than hospitality. The Spanish staff not so friendly. The Filipino was super nice. Breakfast needs more coffee machines. Quality was not bad but not with 38 euro. Had to be here for work.

Honestly I really loved my stay, if I was to do it again - opt in for the breakfast it’s remarkable and it saved me a lot of time. The staff were all friendly and willing to help. I did enjoy getting cleaning for the rooms each day. Furthermore it was close to the central area of Madrid. I would highly recommend for anyone staying here to book this place. I loved it a lot.
