Great front desk staff, concierge and also butler service outside hotel for taxis ext. superb location for Salamanca district and close to city centre. Would recommend a superior room with balcony

We had a very nice stay. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Great breakfast and good service during the meal. The Metro was only 5 min walk from the hotel to the city center.

The hotel was clean and elegant. The staff was welcoming and helpful- from the bellman and VIP Checkin to the cleaning staff and lounge staff. We really enjoyed our stay! We will be back.
