Incredible location!

The location of this apartment could not have been better! What was best was that it was in the heart of the city, but so quiet in the evening. The apartment was larger than we expected and it had great amenities, including a washing machine.

Piso con una estupenda ubicacion, y bien comunicado . Boca de metro enfrente.Perfecto para 4 personas. Cama muy comoda, el sofa cama no tanto.Electrodomesticos nuevos y modernos. El trato de Armando el muchacho que nos recibio, estupendo. A pesar de estar en una calle muy bulliciosa, en el piso no se escucha nada. En general bien.. Deberia de tener tambien cepillo, recogedor y fregona, porque de come,r todas las mijillas que caen al suelo son incomodas de estar pisandolas y mas con niños. Perchas en el armario, que solo habia 3 .

La ubicación es buena El departamento necesita pintura y que revisen todo bien antes de entregar para tentarlo. La comunicación con la persona que está a cargo es compleja, no resuelve pronto los problemas. Hemos tenido problemas con la ducha y el fregadero que a cada rato se tapa y tardan en solucionar, por último nos quieren cobrar, un problema del departamento. Esperamos que cuando termine el contrato nos devuelvan el depósito completo y lo más pronto. Solo esperamos no tener ningún inconveniente.
