This wonderful and cosy 1-bedroom flat is ideal for spending a few days with family, friends or as a couple, as it can accommodate up to 4 people.

It is located in the Chamartín neighbourhood, an elegant residential area with exclusive establishments. Its avenues are lush gardens and imposing buildings. For Real Madrid fans it is very close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium and for those who prefer classical music it is only a few minutes away from the National Auditorium. The building is very close to the main leisure areas of Madrid and is also very well connected thanks to the transport network.

The flat has 1 bedroom with a double bed. The living room, the cosiest and brightest room, has a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances and has 1 bathroom with shower.
