This quiet and spacious 4-bedroom apartment has all the services just a few minutes away and very good communication with the points of interest in Madrid.

**This accommodation can only be booked for reasons other than tourism (work, study, medical treatment, etc.). Before check-in, a temporary rental agreement must be signed, stating the purpose of the stay.

- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years old.
- It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
- Failure to provide the requested data prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
