"had a wonderful stay here during my trip to Seattle. It was about a 43-minute walk to Pike Place Market, which worked well for me and gave me a chance to explore the city. The accommodations were clean, quiet, and felt very private, even with the shared communal spaces. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and affordable place to stay in Seattle."

"Parking was tight on an alleyway. Close to meeting site for business. Old converted house. No staff on site."

"Rooms were clean and the common area was a nice little add on. The area was around downtown so pretty close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Staff was super helpful as far as communication and questions go"

"The apartment was still dirty from its last guests. Staff were able to clean it the morning after and refunded us the first night. Location was great, but difficult to get close parking."

"The only disappointment was the bathroom: the tub was super beat up and cracked with rust/discoloration that was really unpleasant, and the drain was clogged. Other than that the property was clean and well-appointed."

"Room was clean but my window couldn’t open my entire stay bc it was previously broken, if you’re a light sleeper I highly don’t recommend staying here as the other tenants were loud and partying, the next morning I was locked inside the hotel bc the main door to get in was broken and I had to climb out the window so I didn’t miss my train, other than that it’s clean and affordable but not planing on staying again."

"We were disappointed with the restaurant, dark and dingie. The food was average , we went back the special goats cheese and cherries,served on soggy chewy bread. The expensive wine we order was just plonked on the table for us to help ourselves, with out sounding like a princess I expect the wine to be served and topped up as and when on a quality establishment such as The Four Seasons. I didn’t understand why the blinds were kept down on a beautiful evening, it made the dining room dark and...

"The arrival and check in with Kevin was great. Gave us all the information we needed. The room was nice and comfortable. The area was safe and convenient. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and sites to see."
