"Property is well maintained with staff constantly cleaning. Grounds are lush and full of interesting plants and flowers. Great bird life and views of the river and surrounds. Rooms spacious and comfortable with coffee, tea and mini bar. Plenty of bot water and privacy. Mosquitoes are in the area but not a problem inside. "No good at all! I think its the fault of Hotel.com. They had NO idea of guests arriving, more or less closed because of Covid! No room ready, NO Breakfast!! No hot water! We slept there because I knew it would be hardly impossible to get the money back from Hotel.com !"

"Delightful resort surrounded by tropical jungle. The high elevation meant you could open the windows and just let the cool evening breezes carry the sounds of nature. The rooms were huge and service was excellent. The fixtures were dated however, but that's my only criticism."
