Solitaire Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 by Kingston Hotels

10/10 Excellent

"Fantastic place to stay! Very convenient location and close to shopping, restaurants, and the BTS station. The staff are extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. The hotel offers great additional features like an outdoor pool, bar, restaurant, exercise room with steam room, and a top floor restaurant and lounge. My room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! I’ve enjoyed this hotel so much that I decided to extend my day another few nights, Stay at Solitaire Bangkok! You will not be disappointed! The staff will go out of their way to ensure you are happy with your experience!"

Paradox Resort Phuket

8/10 Good

"The Paradox resort is very well located within proximity to Karon beach, shops, bars amd restaurants. Our room was upgraded to the penthouse suite which is very spacious and it even has a mini pool on the roof. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain the first day and there were several leaks from the ceiling and sliding door that made it a bit uncomfortable. We contacted the front desk and they offered to move us to another room but with all the rain going on, we decided to just stay in the same room. The staff was gracious to bring plenty of towels to absorb the water and replenished them often. I was also granted a late check out on our last day that was very convenient since we were catching a later flight to go home. The food was excellent including the breakfast buffet and in room dining menu offered a variety of dishes. The pool and surrounding areas were well maintained also. Overall the staff and services were very attentive however the property needs some updates. I would stay here again but in a different room."

Hotel Riu Palace Phuket - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay at RIU Phuket. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, from check-in to restaurant service. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and cleaned perfectly every day. The beach views were stunning, and waking up to the ocean was a highlight of our trip. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of space to unwind. Great location, great service, and a great atmosphere overall. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket!"
