We ware there in Honeymoon and first impression in Thailand the hotel didn’t disappoint the staff amazing and we enjoyed every minute there

Lovely place to relax.

Our stay at the Merlin Beach was lovely. Good facilities for adult and children. Service was lacking considering it is 5 star. However everyone was very friendly. I would come back again.

Overall the best part of this resort were the staff. Everyone was so kind and pleasurable. They truly went out of their way to make our stay was special, from the check in, restaurants, beach and pool staff, everyone was so respectful.

We absolutely loved it - location, facilities, service, cleanness, activities. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. We are a family of 5 with kids age 6, 10 and 13 and we stayed for 10 days. We definitely coming back.

Fantastic stay at the Phuket Marriott resort.. Hotel is well located near Patong and about 30 mins from Phuket. Room was lovely, well presented and we woke to a fantastic view of the sea every morning. Hotel is excellent, I would struggle to find fault. Staff were particularly friendly and very helpful; plenty to eat in many restaurants; bar was great and the girls serving us were lovely and friendly. The swimming pool is superb, lots to do at the hotel. I can recommend the hotel without any reservations..

The best resort in Phuket! The food is excellent and varied. We chose the all-inclusive option, and I couldn't have asked for more. The quality of service and all the food was amazing.

Fantastic child friendly hotel

We had a fantastic stay with our toddler . It was so comfortable and the all inclusive was definitely worth doing as pretty much everything was included. The children’s facilities were great and we would definitely return. Thanks to all the staff
