Amazing resort, a gorgeous location that feels so secluded but never bored of something to do. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet for the little time you end up spending in them. Great choice of restaurants and bars, different options every night for a 7 night stay. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Had a few issues on checking in at the start of our holiday, room only being ready quite late in the evening but the front desk and management were very helpful in response. Would definitely go back, in a heartbeat.

The kids had a fantastic time, snorkeling and kayaking at the beach, foam party in the family pool. The hotel organizes plenty of activities and there’s a wide variety of food to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The resort is located on a hill, so we used Grab to get to Patong Beach. Overall, we definitely recommend this resort for families!

This resort runs amazingly. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We got married at Merlin Beach and Food Manager Pinto went far and beyond for our romantic dinner on the beach. Food was delicious every time. We did the all inclusive and it was truly worth it.
