We absolutely loved our stay at Gracelands Patong! The location is perfect — close to everything you need while still being a lovely place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The rooms, facilities and overall atmosphere were great, and once again we had such an enjoyable stay. This was our 4th time staying at Gracelands, which really says how much we love coming back! Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back again! ❤️🌴

It was an enjoyable stay, large resort, always managed to get a lounge by the pool. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The resort could do with an upgrade, but didn’t take away from the experience. Great location.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Property had many amenities, pools, bowling, bars, restaurants, live music beautiful grounds and couldn't be faulted. However our first room smelt musty and the ac was loud and was wet like evaporative cooling. Could not sleep in a wet room. Staff changed our room which was much better. Rooms were also not sound proof at all so bring ear plugs if light sleeper. Breakfast was lovely. Close to beaches and night-life.

Booked 4x rooms for the Family of 9. Graceland were able to make all the rooms adjoining which was great. Rooms were good size as we had 2x adults and our 11yr old with us, and we had more than enough space. Facilities are good but the staff are better. Always willing to help and making our stay enjoyable. Go for the Buffet Breakfast, they never disappointed. Our kids would have 2-3 servings each morning as there was so much variety. Also a big Thank You to the Graceland as my daughter got an unexpected birthday cake and the room decorated on the morning of her birthday. Such a great surprise that helped to make her day. Thank you again for having us all. Work recommend for all families young and old.

This is my second day at this resort and I stay at a lot of places and this is definitely on the top of places to stay. I just wish Hotel food and drinks were a little cheaper so I could enjoy the hotel a little more instead of going out to eat and drink. I cleaned the room. Well they were friendly. Breakfast was great a little too cold in the breakfast room pools are great overall a really good hotel to stay in.

The room was great the amenities were great. The tvs would be great to have apps such as Netflix Amazon Disney for those rainy days. The pool is huge and clean. My fiancée did have a unusual experience at breakfast she took a seat and went to the buffet and when she came back her personal items were put on another table I think they staff need to guide them to tables at the entrance

Decent hotel. Right on Patong beach. Close to everything. Great breakfast buffet. If you are not planning on spending a lot of time at the hotel this is a great choice. Multiple food kiosks, bars and 7 eleven. Overall good stay.
