"Excellent holiday, overall parts of hotel tired and in need of a little renovation "

"The Amari was the perfect choice for our stay in Phuket. The facilities were beautiful, the staff were so friendly and accomodated to our every need, buffet breakfast was amazing. "The staff were very friendly. Check in/out was simple enough. The location is excellent. There are a few pools. It pretty much has everything you could need. We had the honeymoon room. It was our actual honeymoon but no real fuss was made for us. The rooms are slightly dated. Overall it was an interesting excellent stay. The only negative was our room was quite far from the actual lobby but that is at the cost of some excellent views. The hotel do provide transport from your room so you can...

"This resort was absolutely AMAZING. We missed our connecting flight due to other flight delays and when I called to notify them that we would be arriving around 2am, they went above and beyond to still greet us with a warm welcome (and man, did we need it!). Our room was a king room with private access to our pool and jacuzzi tub. That was a very nice treat. The staff was GREAT. Shout out to Yazz who helped us to our room at 2am! Every question we had, whether about the resort or surrounding...

"Stayed in a Deluxe room with Balcony for 8 nights. Good size room with large bed and safe but limited number of clothes hangers for two people. Issues with aroma from bathroom and water not hot but good pressure. Enjoyed a pleasant break in a good location which was surprisingly quiet considering the numerous hotels located in the Soi. Small swimming pool on the roof. 1.3 metres depth with towels available from reception. "
