Likes: - Friendly and efficient staff overall - Free on-premise (only) bicycle for each adult guest - Hotel transportation to private beach - Great view of lagoon - Privacy as this is a villa only property Improvements needed: - Brakes on most bicycles couldn't stop the bicycles (the property has lots of downward slopes) - need to use feet to stop on the narrow road to avoid incoming buggy cars - Waited ~20 minutes under the hot sun at the outdoor activities centre for the staff to arrive in order to get and use the hotel kayaks

6年ぶりの再訪でしたが、素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。 以前と少し変わっていた点があったので参考までに記載します。 １，毎回お世話になっていた日本人スタッフのミクさんが残念ながら退職されていて、日本人スタッフ＆日本語対応できるスタッフがいないこと ２，以前は部屋に備えられていた小物などを入れて朝食や買い物に行くのに便利なトートバッグが備えられていなかった ３，シャンプー、石鹸類はすべて液体で陶器のボトルに入っている。以前は緑色の固形石鹸を持ち帰るのが楽しみだったが、今回はなかった。また、ボディタオルもなかったので持っていくことをオススメします ４，朝食の日本食コーナーは日本人が少なくなったからなのか、かなり縮小されて巻物が2種類と味噌汁のみに（10年前はその場で寿司を握ってくれたので、それと比べると残念ですがタイ料理など他の料理は美味しいので特に問題はないかと）

宮殿に滞在しているかのような美しいリゾートゆったりとしたホテルです。ビーチまでシャトルで行き、スタッフに迎えられる。専用エリアでチェアー、タオル、シャワー、冷えたボトル水、バー、トイレがある。ビーチは5kmの砂浜で波は穏やか。インフィニティプールは広々している。近隣施設へはシャトルが走っていて便利。villaへは自転車、バギーで移動する。プールバーのスナック、朝食ビュッフェは美味しい。
