"Saii Laguna is a gorgeous property that is well maintained and it is on the beachfront so beach access is immediate and perfect. The staff are amazing. They walked us to our room and explained everything. On our last night they let us check out at 12pm then use the facilities all days so we could catch out night flight. The property and rooms are clean. Bed is cozy. The only thing to know is that the Laguna properties are isolated from the other bigger parts of Phuket. If you are looking for a family, resort vibe -this may be perfect. If you are looking to be in more of the action you may find it far away. Patong beach is about 40 minutes by car to give an example. So it depends on what kind of vacation you want to have."

"LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel. Breakfast was great, the pools were wonderful. Close to Bangla rd and Patong beach if you’re interested in that vibe. Rooms were huge, super clean. No complaints 100/10 would recommend "

I always stay a week, and I’m never disappointed from the moment you step off the airplane to the moment you’re back on the mainland, the staff are just amazing. I have been here multiple times before and after COVID and regardless of the situations or what is going on around the world, the service remains the same.
